RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

I gladly accept returns and cancellations within the following therms and conditions;

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

I don’t accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Due to the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns in especific- Customs or personalized orders.

Returns and exchange details

Please make sure the sizes, items, and address are correct before ordering.

If the package is damaged during the shipping I will resend it for free.

If you have not received your order end of the estimated time arrival, I will re-send your order or I will refund your money.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping policies

 All orders are shipped to your address, unless noted otherwise. Please make sure this address is correct. Once the product is sent, the address can not be changed.

I ship to worldwide. Please note that I am located in Europe and shipping overseas sometimes takes 2-4 weeks. I ship item out in 1-3 days after I got payment by Registered International Mail with TRACKING NUMBER. You will be informed when the item is shipped and the tracking number. Once the product is sent, the address can not be changed.

All packages need to be signed for upon delivery! If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with instructions for pick-up in your nearest post office, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

Sometimes the tracking info may not work. I am sorry, international order tracking correctness completely out of my control.
